introduce a eclipe plugin "Hibernate Synchronizer"

A small plugin,easy to understand and easy to use.I haven't contact Hibernate before and feel hibernate is very difficult to use,but,with the help of this plugin,I spent half a day to finish a Hibernate based demo.

But,I am doubtful,a tool so easy to use,the code created by it if is good or not?
