First, download the MobileMate “ISO Image” file “mobilemate-0.1a42.1.iso” at: MobileMate download page. Then, burn it onto a blank CD. There is a tutorial of burning CD image on the Ubuntu website, borrow it below. But you need select “mobilemate-0.1a42.1.iso” instead of Ubuntu ISO image file.
