First, download the MobileMate “ISO Image” file “mobilemate-0.1a42.1.iso” at: MobileMate download page. Then, burn it onto a blank CD. There is a tutorial of burning CD image on the Ubuntu website, borrow it below. But you need select “mobilemate-0.1a42.1.iso” instead of Ubuntu ISO image file.

For Windows OS, you can use Infra Recorder(a free and open-source image-burning program) or some thing similar. The detail see: How to burn a DVD on Windows.

For Mac OS X, you can use Disk Utility or Disk Copy or some thing similar. The detail see: How to burn a DVD on OS X.

For Linux OS, you can use Brasero Disc Burner or some thing similar. The detail see: How to burn a DVD on Ubuntu. For KDE desktop, there is also famous K3b can be used.

After rebooting, press the appropriate button (usually F1, F2, F12, ESC, or backspace) while your computer is starting up to get to your BIOS boot menu and select CD/DVD drive as the startup target; otherwise if there's no boot selection option, go to the BIOS setup menu and change the startup order to boot CD/DVD by default.
