I use ezremaster tcz package under Tinycore Linux to remaster MobileMate. Follow below:

1, “tce-load -wi ezremaster” command to install ezremaster;

2, Click the ezremaster icon in the tool bar, startup ezremaster;

3, Fill the original iso image folder path, e.g., /mnt/hdc, Next, Next again;

4, On the “Extension Installation” window, click “Connect to App Repo”, select the tcz package you want install in the select box above, click “Add App Extract TCZ to initrd”, repeat selecting and adding steps until all the packages you want install have done. Next, Next again;

5, After some time, when the “Remaster step #1” finished, enter into “Remaster step #2” window, click on the blue text “/tmp/ezremaster/extract”, execute command “sudo depmod -a -b /tmp/ezremaster/extract `uname -r` >/dev/null 2>&1; sudo ldconfig -r /tmp/ezremaster/extract >/dev/null 2>&1” on the appeared console. This will update “/tmp/ezremaster/extract/lib/modules/2.6.33.3-tinycore/modules.dep” and “/tmp/ezremaster/extract/etc/ld.so.cache”, it is necessary if we have installed some tcz packages related with kernel modules and dynamic link libraries;

6, Before the next step, if you need do some changes for the result remastering work, it should be done in the folder “/tmp/ezremster”, e.g., edit boot options under “/tmp/ezremaster/image/boot/isolinux” or delete some unecessary files under “/tmp/ezremaster/extract”;

7, Close the console, click “Create ISO” on the “Remaster step #2” window, when the remastering work finished, the green hint text will appear at the window bottom. The remastered ISO file is: /tmp/ezremaster/ezremaster.iso.

2, Remastering need more memory, 1GB or more is ok, or using swap partition or swap file;
